A 12-month group programme developing future managers — complementing those working towards their Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
A package to support the development of future managers in developing their service knowledge, leadership skills, staff management, recruitment and retention, recording and evidencing, budgeting and costings, and a greater understanding of regulation and compliance. Delivered in a group setting over a 12-month period, it complements those working towards their Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential Services.
