Nurturing Steps Care & Consultancy provides permanent, direct-hire recruitment for Children's Homes and Supported Accommodation providers across England. We specialise in recruiting experienced professionals across leadership and operational roles — from Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals to Deputy Managers, Residential Support Workers and senior leadership teams.

Recruitment Fee
10%
of gross basic annual salary plus VAT where applicable
First payment — 50%
7 calendar days after the candidate commences employment
The first 50% is non-refundable once the candidate has commenced employment.
Second payment — 50%
at 26 weeks after commencement, provided the candidate remains in post and has passed probation
If the candidate resigns, is dismissed or otherwise leaves within the first 26 weeks, the second 50% is not payable.
No Recruitment Fee is payable where the candidate does not commence, unless the candidate is later engaged within the Introduction Period.
