A two-day on-site mock inspection, detailed report and action plan to prepare your team and your home for the real thing.

Full working HR and homes policies and procedures — including employee handbooks — fully compliant with UK Employment Law and the relevant regulations.

Operational Reporting & Recording System

Reporting and recording systems and templates for operational children's homes — for use on shared drives, PCs or paper-based systems.

Ofsted Compliance Notice Support

Advice, guidance, reviewing of documentation and more — available face-to-face or remotely at flexible rates.

Tender & Bid Writing

Fixed-fee tender and bid writing for framework applications for both children's homes and supported accommodation provisions.
