Service Development & Mentoring Workshops

Comprehensive full-day workshops—available in person or via Zoom—designed to enhance your service knowledge and skills. Covering key areas such as staff management, recruitment, record-keeping, pricing, service marketing, and regulatory compliance, these sessions provide practical guidance to strengthen your organisation.

1:1 mentoring for new managers, Responsible Individuals, existing managers, proposed / future managers

Sessions can be tailored to meet individual needs on a weekly, bi weekly, monthly, bi monthly basis.

Manager mentoring programs

A package to support the development of future managers in developing their service knowledge, how to develop their leadership skills, manage staff, recruitment, and retention of staff, improve recording and evidencing, gain an understanding of budgeting and costings, gain a greater understanding of regulation and compliance. this package is delivered in Group setting over a 12 month period and compliments those working towards their level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children’s Residential Services
12 x 4 hour sessions delivered over a 12 month period

Professional Supervision

2 hour professional supervision with agreed targets and actions from reflective learning and critically evaluating your practice that supports your professional development plans. Supervision report provided suitable for Registered managers and Responsible individuals

Ofsted registration support

Support with the creation of the 3 year Cash flow forecast and business plan
One Initial property visit and One more pre-inspection Audit/visit (additional follow up visit if required)
Lead and support the RI on completion of forms SC1/SC2
Lead and support RI and RM on completion of; Location risk assessment, SOP, Children’s Guide and core registration policies
RI and RM fit persons coaching via Weekly 1-2 hour zoom meeting support / unlimited Telephone support in relation to registration process
Interview support for RI and RM if required and safer recruitment schedule 2 support for those roles

Ad hock consulting fees that covers advice, guidance, reviewing of documentation, ect

Support with submission of C3 Dwelling to C3B lawful change of use or C2 full planning change of use.
